None of the drivers supplied with this board is compatible with Vista. I have the beta Verions from NVidia but are not working. Im always ending up with a BSOD and then all drivers that were installed are then removed. as windows will not boot unless it starts from "last working config" Geforce 6800XT will not install either even with the beta version from nvidia. Or will the wifi hardware ( Realtek RTL8187) install. The BSOD i can only think its the mortherboard. Everything else is unplugged or disabled. Nothing from ASUS, nothing that i can find anywayz. I cannot even install my modem with the drivers supplied by vista. Sagem don`t have drivers either, and cannot send bugs via XP as the tool has to be installed on vista! How stupid.. Any suggestions anyone? :-)

I think he is telling you that Beta programs do not guarantee success and that if the manufacturer has not written Vista drivers you are most likely out of luck.

I have the same problems with this ASUS AM2 mainboard. wont let me install the network connection or even my USB LAN. Although my USB MAxtor external drive is working although in usb 1.5 i think. We will just have to wait till ASUS logs on and gets working to get VISTA ready i gues =(
And for that conor dude,, He is a pain from the start dont even had to open the link he posted look at his sig "Grumpy Old Man - Same Shit, Different day" not very polite to a good question, gues he cant stand not haveing a main board like we do..
